Requirements

Responsibilities include conducting welcome calls, guiding customers through setup and online portal usage, educating on PCI compliance, training on the Virtual Terminal, troubleshooting credit card terminals, collaborating with internal teams, and acquiring product knowledge to enhance customer experience.
