Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 7-10 years of quota-carrying experience in enterprise software or SaaS, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven track record of successfully selling complex solution suites such as ERP or Quote to Cash. Experience selling into the life sciences/Medical Technology industry, specifically to companies with revenue exceeding $1 billion, is required, along with effective prospecting skills for securing new logos and experience utilizing the Challenger sales method. Furthermore, candidates should demonstrate product and industry knowledge, understanding of Model N’s value proposition, and expertise in Medtech Technology and Processes, coupled with strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex value propositions and cultivate C-suite relationships.

Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for building and executing a sales strategy for their assigned geography, managing their own book of business/territory, running business meetings remotely and in person, and closing new business deals. They will also be accountable for building and managing a pipeline, closing net new business, leveraging Model N’s resources to drive discovery and deliver business value, maintaining accurate account and opportunity data in Salesforce, achieving and exceeding annual sales quotas for ARR and funnel targets, and traveling 25%-50% of the time.
