Requirements

Candidates should have a BS/BA Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields. A minimum of 3 years of working experience in Sales/Operations is required, along with hands-on acquisition and account management experience with a proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales targets. Experience in the logistics industry is preferred, but fresh graduates with relevant degrees are also welcome. Proficiency in Google Suite and comfort with enterprise software is necessary, along with effective verbal communication and analytical skills. Candidates must be willing to perform field work and engage at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

The Network Sales Specialist will acquire and manage PUDO Retail Partners based on geographical location. They will perform leads call-outs and sales presentations to potential partners, handling the end-to-end lifecycle of partners from onboarding to retention. The specialist will oversee day-to-day operations of PUDO Retail points, address concerns and escalations, and coordinate with support functions to provide timely solutions. Additionally, they will monitor performance to ensure PUDO Retail Points meet sales targets and operational metrics.
