Requirements

The National Customer Marketing Manager should have experience developing winning point-of-purchase strategies and channel strategies for Modern Trade (MT) by format type. They need to develop trade marketing strategies to achieve sales objectives, manage Nutrition Advisors and third parties, and create customer activation programs for all trade channels. Experience in shopper insights, engagement, and identifying new channel opportunities is required, along with controlling and accounting for total trade SG&A, rolling forecasts, and accounts claim management. A strong understanding of sales strategy and planning, including route-to-market strategy for regional accounts and defining productivity KPIs for MT, is essential.

Responsibilities

The National Customer Marketing Manager will develop winning strategies at the point of purchase for ANI brands, create channel strategies for MT by format type, and develop trade marketing strategies to help achieve sales and distribution objectives. They will manage Nutrition Advisors and third parties, develop customer activation programs for all trade channels, and focus on shopper insights and engagement. Responsibilities include driving innovative ways for new user acquisition in MT/open format stores, identifying and developing strategies for new channel opportunities, and controlling and accounting for total trade SG&A. They will also manage rolling forecasts, accounts claims, and regional controls, and develop consumer promotion strategies for ATL-supported brands. Additionally, they will prepare sales plans for New Product Introductions (NPI) and track their performance, work closely with sales teams to deliver the sales plan, and act as a central point of contact between Sales and Marketing to align plans.
