The National Account Manager will monitor and analyze the performance of partner-specific goals and present performance review meetings with partners. They will manage weekly operational meetings and reviews, providing insight and guidance on how to improve and grow delivery as a channel. The role includes delivering in-person training sessions for main restaurant partners, identifying opportunities to develop relationships with key partners, and partnering with regional Commercial Managers to prioritize growth opportunities across the UK.
Online food delivery connecting customers and restaurants
Deliveroo connects customers with a variety of restaurants through its online food delivery service. Customers can place orders via the Deliveroo website or mobile app, which are sent to partner restaurants for preparation.
