As a Partner Success Manager at Check, you are the owner and advocate for our Partners. You will build strong bridges across mutual teams and resources to ensure partners realize revenue from their payroll businesses. This involves seeing around corners, getting ahead of risk, and creating strategies after analyzing root causes.
You will manage partners by establishing and maintaining a communication cadence with your portfolio and providing proactive reporting on their status internally. Ideal candidates are tenacious about growth, goal-oriented, experienced in building detailed plans with partners/customers, and possess a knack for ruthless prioritization. We are looking for a Success Manager who can identify trends, risks, and opportunities and execute on targets effectively.
Ultimately, Partner Success Managers are responsible for protecting and growing Check’s revenue through careful and thoughtful partner management. We expect our team to roll up their sleeves, execute with a high degree of autonomy, and share information and knowledge early and often. You will work closely with several cross-functional internal and external teams, including Sales, Product, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Enablement.

Their primary product is a payroll system that can be integrated into existing software, allowing businesses to create and manage their own payroll services. This integration helps platforms like Homebase and Housecall Pro enhance their offerings, leading to increased revenue and improved customer retention. Unlike traditional payroll providers, CheckHQ focuses on partnerships, supplying the necessary back-end technology while the partner platforms handle the customer-facing aspects. This approach enables quicker market entry and scalability, making it easier for platforms to add payroll services without significant upfront investment. The goal of CheckHQ is to empower software platforms to diversify their services and boost customer engagement through effective payroll solutions.
