Requirements

Candidates should possess 10+ years of experience in cloud product or enterprise software sales, with at least 7 years of account management experience focused on large enterprise customers. They must have experience in new customer acquisition within the Kansai region, demonstrate ownership of the sales process, understand client business challenges and DX strategies, and be able to execute value selling. Furthermore, candidates should have experience in team selling with pre-sales and professional services teams, independently manage and operate sales pipeline and forecasting, and ideally have 3+ years of experience as a manager or above at a management consulting firm, particularly with DX or company-wide business reform proposals.

Responsibilities

The Named Account Executive will be responsible for new business development sales to major corporate clients represented by the Forbes Global 2000, as well as providing existing customer support, particularly in the Kansai region. They will approach executives such as CIOs and CDOs to strengthen client relationships and expand business, propose expansion of WalkMe's application areas to existing clients, manage the renewal of existing contracts, formulate territory plans and account plans, and drive and manage the process of WalkMe adoption, on-boarding, and operations for clients in collaboration with various teams. They will also work with Marketing and Inside Sales teams to generate new pipeline and manage quarterly pipeline and forecast within their assigned territory.
