Requirements

Responsibilities

The Title Insurance Workflow Administrator will manage, maintain, and optimize the title insurance production system to ensure operational efficiency. This includes identifying opportunities for improvement, configuring system settings and workflows, managing user accounts and permissions, and supporting system integrations. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, providing advanced user support, implementing custom templates and automation rules, creating documentation, designing and writing complex SQL queries for reporting, and serving as a subject-matter expert on the production system workflow. The administrator will also communicate changes and needs to stakeholders, provide recommendations for efficiency gains, and own customer issues from initial contact to resolution.
