Responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with key clients across the Chicago, Cleveland, Indianapolis, Nashville, Columbus region
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals
Provide strategic leadership to the sales team, fostering their professional development and ensuring their alignment with the company’s sales objectives
Maintain a thorough understanding of the clinical applications of the robotic lung navigation system, including its capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages
Provide in-depth clinical education and training to customers, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing the technology for optimal patient outcomes
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders, including pulmonologists, thoracic surgeons, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering ongoing support, guidance, and solutions to enhance their experience and success with the products
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the field of respiratory medicine
Provide timely updates and insights to the product development team to help inform product enhancements and improvements
Participate in industry conferences, workshops, and events to stay connected with key opinion leaders and stay informed about industry developments
