Responsibilities

Develop and deliver training content for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and Abbott Field Sales and Clinical Support teams specific to CRM leadless therapies
Develop and execute training plans and content for the Abbott Leadless Portfolio
Identify new training needs for product launches and existing portfolios from cross-functional stakeholders
Design and develop training content and processes using learning models, including various modalities and tracking
Participate in delivering training as a trainer or in a train-the-trainer capacity
Evaluate training effectiveness and areas for continuous education or improvement
Deploy adult learning techniques and instructional design principles to create comprehensive blended training curriculum (instructor-led, digital, hands-on/simulation)
Ensure all training content is deployable globally
