The Ministry Sales Representative II role requires a focus on generating new business, responding to interested leads, and connecting with decision makers. Candidates must be able to identify organizations that will benefit from Subsplash services and demonstrate the value Subsplash can deliver. The primary objective is to focus on the best opportunities available to maximize MRR, and the role involves closing warm inbound leads. Success in this role requires prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities, as well as converting leads and prospects to clients. A strong understanding of Subsplash Platforms and services is necessary, along with the ability to establish and maintain prospect relationships through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Candidates should be adept at using technology and account information to generate interest, assessing prospect needs, presenting appropriate solutions, and resolving concerns. Product knowledge and technical selling skills are essential, as is the ability to maintain accurate records.
The Ministry Sales Representative II will identify and pursue new prospects and business opportunities, and follow up on new leads, referrals, and other assigned accounts. They will demonstrate expertise on Subsplash Platforms and services, and establish and maintain prospect relationships through various communication channels. The representative will effectively use provided technology and account information to generate interest from prospects, assess their needs, and present appropriate solutions. They will identify and resolve prospect concerns, convert leads and prospects into new business, and acquire and demonstrate product knowledge and technical selling skills. Maintaining accurate records is also a key responsibility.
