Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily visits: Ensure 4.5 days of normal visits per week, with at least 12 face-to-face effective visits per day, and proper coverage and frequency for A/B-level customers
  • VIP visits: Conduct at least one visit per month to key hospital leaders (e.g., directors, pharmacy directors, drug committee members, key discipline leaders) in the fixed area for maximum support
  • Product introduction meetings: Hold at least one product introduction meeting per week to enhance doctors' understanding of the product
  • Performance development: Plan the fixed area at the beginning of each month based on company targets, track progress weekly to achieve goals
  • Area management: Reasonably plan hospitals in the fixed area, regularly update customer department information, and expand business with a fine management approach
  • Financial management: Submit expense pre-applications at the beginning of each month based on regional manager's budget and market conditions; spend after approval and submit to DM within 3 weeks of expenditure
  • Product management: Develop monthly product promotion plans and key product promotion plans (especially for new products) based on company marketing strategies and local area conditions
  • Product knowledge: Conduct product knowledge presentations at weekly meetings and regular exams, with results as basis for performance evaluation
  • Business skills: Effectively apply learned business skills in the field to improve visit efficiency
  • Daily work time: Ensure 8 hours of effective visits per day in the area; keep phone on from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM for company and customer contact
  • Report management: Handle reporting as required
