About the Role: As an Everyday Dose Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Everyday Dose at community activations, pop-ups, street team initiatives, and key wellness events. Your role will involve creating memorable first impressions, helping people discover the benefits of our coffee, and spreading positive energy. This position offers an opportunity to learn about brand building, grassroots marketing, and experiential execution from experienced marketers, with exposure to wellness trends, field marketing strategy, and brand development.

Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Event Engagement: Bring energy, confidence, and authenticity to every event. Serve as the initial point of contact for Everyday Dose, making interactions meaningful.
  • Product Sampling & Knowledge: Batch and serve Everyday Dose (hot or iced) with a smile, assisting guests in selecting their preferred option. Confidently communicate the unique aspects of Everyday Dose, including ingredients like Lion’s Mane, Chaga, Collagen, and L-Theanine, and the benefits of functional coffee.
  • Customer Interaction: Answer questions with warmth, maintain curiosity, and facilitate deeper conversations about health and wellness.
  • Brand Representation: Adhere to brand standards by wearing provided gear, maintaining a tidy station, and embodying brand values in all interactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with event leadership for setup, execution, and breakdown.
  • Market Insights: Observe trends, identify what resonates with the audience, share feedback, and report on local trends and engagement.
  • Relationship Building: Foster connections with local organizations, student groups, influencers, and venues to expand brand presence.
  • Activation Support: Assist in planning and executing creative community activations aligned with the brand's mission.
  • Sales & Promotion: Utilize strategic sampling and positioning to generate interest and demand for the product.
  • Reporting: Complete post-event reports and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
