  • Build relationships with key customers to drive utilization and adoption of Lilly medicines
  • Utilize business insight tools, data, and analytics to identify trends, priorities, opportunities, and potential obstacles
  • Implement and adopt new technologies to streamline customer interactions
  • Identify and advocate for new opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  • Embrace and use the company’s selling, competency, and account management models to elevate performance and drive results
  • Achieve targeted sales and execution metrics while adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Own the customer relationship for product promotion, on-label medical questions, and general market access
  • Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external partners to foster trust and create collaborative success
