The Block Sales Team is seeking a passionate individual to join their revenue organization as a Sponsorship Sales Representative. This role involves closing media partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising deals with crypto-native and Web3 companies, as well as broader fintech and tech brands.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years experience in media, advertising, or sponsorship sales
  • Strong understanding of crypto, blockchain, and digital assets (crypto-curious or crypto-native preferred)
  • Track record of building pipelines and consistently closing mid-sized sponsorship deals ($10K–$100K)
  • Strong client relationship skills and a hunter mentality
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Own a pipeline of mid-market sponsorship and advertising opportunities
  • Prospect, pitch, and close deals across display ads, podcasts, newsletters, events, and custom programs
  • Build strong relationships with marketing leaders, growth teams, and brand managers across crypto and fintech
  • Collaborate with Media, Research, and Events teams to package sponsorship solutions that drive real value
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
  • Stay ahead of crypto market trends, key players, and marketing budgets shifts
