The Marketing Specialist will manage campaigns, brand activations, and lead generation efforts, ensuring consistency of messaging across all marketing media. They will act as a liaison between business function leaders and marketing to align business needs with the company's marketing strategy. Responsibilities include participating in the development of processes for lead generation and brand activations, assessing the overall health and strength of the brand, suggesting improvements, and bringing new thinking and innovation to strengthen lead generation, brand recognition, loyalty, and equity. The role involves writing/editing and providing editorial guidance on marketing assets, managing the content calendar, content resource library, newsletter, and associated content performance reporting, and bringing best practices and process improvements to achieve key performance indicators. The Marketing Specialist will also enable the marketing team to self-organize within campaign and content activation workflows.
