The Senior Brand Manager should have experience in brand marketing and be able to act as an internal and external brand-enabler. They must be able to partner with various teams, including product, design, growth, bizdev, and sales, to ensure brand alignment and execution of strategic initiatives. Experience in developing strategies, drafting creative briefs, and overseeing creative execution is required. Familiarity with AI tools for content strategy and creative exploration is also necessary.
The Senior Brand Manager will ensure decisions align with brand strategy and customer experience by partnering with Product, Product Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams. They will infuse brand into go-to-market planning, product launches, customer journeys, and growth campaigns. The role involves creating scalable frameworks, training, and toolkits to empower employees as brand ambassadors and advocates. Additionally, they will leverage AI tools to accelerate content strategy and creative exploration, and shape how technology and innovations are presented in brand-safe and customer-first ways. The Senior Brand Manager will collaborate with Brand Creative to ensure creative expression elevates brand strategy, translate positioning into briefs, and oversee content refresh initiatives across various platforms. They will also lead the execution of integrated brand marketing campaigns and collaborate on go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
