Requirements

Candidates should have 3-5 years of professional experience in Marketing Operations and experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (MAPs) like Marketo, HubSpot, or Eloqua. Experience working with Martech platforms integrated with MAPs, such as Drift or Chili Piper, and their synchronization with MAPs (Salesforce and Marketo preferred) is also required. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field is necessary, with excellent communication and teamwork skills being essential. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with great attention to detail and demonstrate a strong desire to learn.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Campaign Specialist will be responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of multi-channel marketing campaigns using a Marketing Technology (Martech) stack to support business financial objectives. This includes creating, implementing, and reporting on campaigns in Marketo or an equivalent MAP, performing multi-functional stakeholder planning for campaign prioritization, and managing all Marketing Campaign Operations such as email, web forms, and nurture campaigns. The role also involves supporting PMM campaign project management, backing up Marketing Operations with Marketo backend management, developing best practices for Martech stack utilization, monitoring and improving campaigns, and identifying new campaign opportunities or customer segments with Lifecycle and other marketing teams.
