About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager will be instrumental in positioning Keeper Security’s products within the competitive cybersecurity landscape. If you are passionate about technology, excel at crafting compelling stories, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities

  • Product Launches: Lead and execute cross-functional product and feature launches, collaborating with product, sales, demand generation, and customer success teams.
  • Messaging & Positioning: Define use cases, product messaging, positioning, value propositions, and customer profiles that resonate with target audiences, including Commercial, Public Sector (FED/SLED), and MSPs.
  • Market Expertise: Become a subject matter expert in privileged access management and password management, with an in-depth understanding of the market, products, overall value proposition, features, functionality, and relevant verticals and use cases.
  • Content Creation: Partner with product management and demand generation teams to craft content for new products and features that drive product awareness and lead generation.
  • SEO Optimization: Work closely with the SEO team to produce SEO-optimized blogs, web pages, and videos focusing on product features, use cases, and more.
  • Channel Marketing: Collaborate with channel partners and MSPs to develop co-marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, working with customer success to gather feedback, develop case studies, testimonials, and user stories, and inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to influence product marketing strategies, identifying opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Sales Enablement: Create sales enablement materials, product presentations, and other collateral to empower the sales team in positioning Keeper’s solutions effectively. Provide ongoing training on competitive positioning and product differentiation.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of B2B cybersecurity SaaS-focused experience in a product or solutions marketing role.
  • Messaging Skills: Proven experience with differentiated product messaging, positioning, and market leadership supporting go-to-market, external, and internal communications.
  • AI Proficiency: Comfortable using AI tools to boost productivity and creativity, with strong judgment in validating output, refining messaging, and ensuring quality across all deliverables.
  • Launch Experience: Demonstrated success with cross-functional product and feature launches.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, coupled with strong messaging capabilities.
