Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and manage budgets and timelines. Physical capability for event setup and breakdown, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working flexible hours, is required. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
The Events & Activation Producer will be responsible for the end-to-end production and management of field activations, including securing permits, managing logistics, and ensuring seamless execution. This includes developing run-of-shows, managing site setup and breakdown, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining brand standards. Responsibilities also involve managing inventory, coordinating transportation, tracking expenses, recruiting and managing event staff, and documenting activation performance.
