Requirements

Responsibilities

The Events & Activation Producer will be responsible for the end-to-end production and management of field activations, including securing permits, managing logistics, and ensuring seamless execution. This includes developing run-of-shows, managing site setup and breakdown, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining brand standards. Responsibilities also involve managing inventory, coordinating transportation, tracking expenses, recruiting and managing event staff, and documenting activation performance.
