Requirements

Candidates should possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree in education in the field of (Digital) Marketing or Communication, and approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in a B2B marketing function, with proficiency in emailing platforms, CRM systems, WordPress or other CMS, social media, MS Office, and Adobe's Creative Suite. A familiarity with marketing automation and Google tools (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, etc.) is also required, along with excellent language skills in English (written and spoken) and a plus for knowledge of Dutch, French, or German.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the successful execution of the marketing strategy across events, websites, social media, SEO/SEA, webinars, and email campaigns, independently managing national and international tradeshow participations and events while collaborating with relevant stakeholders. They will maintain multilingual websites, focusing on content, structure, performance monitoring, and SEO optimization, create and update multilingual marketing materials, build and maintain a strong social media presence, collaborate with external partners, manage press relations, uphold brand guidelines, build stakeholder relationships, and ensure timely and detailed task execution, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager.
