Candidates should be a social media native with a deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok culture, demonstrating genuine passion for social media as both a consumer and creator. They should stay current with emerging trends, viral content, and platform updates, and possess strong design and messaging skills. A pragmatic approach to decision making, comfortable with basic data analysis, is also required.
The Social Media and Marketing Specialist will drive organic growth and engagement on Instagram and TikTok platforms, develop and execute content strategies, closely monitor platform trends, build high community engagement, assist with AI-driven and manual asset production workflows using tools like Canva & Figma, manage content uploading and optimization, support cross-functional marketing projects and campaigns, and contribute to performance creative testing ideation.
