Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in marketing operations within a high-growth B2B, SaaS, or tech environment. Required hands-on experience includes Salesforce, marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Customer.io), BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker), and Hightouch or Census. Experience partnering with demand generation teams on performance marketing campaigns, including audience creation, automation setup, campaign tagging, tracking, attribution, and performance governance is necessary. Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation is required, along with expertise in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, campaign tracking, and funnel metrics like CAC, LTV, and ROI. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are also essential.
The Marketing Operations Manager will own and optimize marketing automation workflows using Hightouch for data syncing and campaign delivery, and maintain automated outbound campaigns tied to intent signals and lifecycle marketing programs. They will ensure high-quality audience segmentation and targeting by integrating Hightouch with Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and sales automation tools. This role involves designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines for customer and marketing data flow, owning marketing contribution forecasting, pipeline modeling, and goal-setting. Responsibilities include evaluating marketing program effectiveness, tracking conversion rates, providing optimization recommendations, driving continuous improvement in marketing workflows and reporting, leveraging and optimizing tech stack tools for reporting and data integrity, and supporting company-wide strategic initiatives with insights and operational improvements.
