Responsibilities

The Marketing Operations Manager will own and improve marketing systems and processes, focusing on automation, attribution, and performance tracking. This role involves building and managing reporting dashboards for KPIs, partnering with leadership on forecasting models and campaign performance analyses, and maintaining/optimizing Pardot and Salesforce for marketing use. Responsibilities also include identifying and implementing new tools, developing standard operating procedures, supporting growth initiatives with measurement infrastructure, and monitoring data integrity, managing integrations, and troubleshooting issues.
