Requirements

Responsibilities

The Marketing Operations Coordinator will support the integration of Salesforce with marketing technologies to ensure seamless data flow and system alignment. They will assist with the setup, testing, and execution of email campaigns, events, webinars, landing pages, and marketing workflows. The role involves generating basic reports and metrics to analyze marketing campaign performance and identify areas for improvement, maintaining data quality across marketing systems by managing list imports, cleansing data, and standardizing fields, and troubleshooting issues related to lead flow, email campaigns, and system integrations. They will also contribute to the documentation and refinement of marketing processes like lead scoring, data cleaning, and lead routing.
