Experience with marketing automation tools and basic Salesforce reporting is required, along with comfort in managing multiple marketing technologies and their integrations. Strong organizational skills to manage priorities and triage requests efficiently are also necessary. Bonus points for prior AI experimentation, strong data analysis skills, marketing technology troubleshooting experience, and familiarity with observability, open source, or software industries.
The Marketing Operations Associate will serve as the primary operational contact for regional marketers, managing program setup and intake requests for events. They will own end-to-end event operations, including registration, email scheduling, quality assurance, and tooling setup. Responsibilities include supporting campaign performance reporting through Salesforce and Chili Piper tracking, utilizing AI and automation for efficiency, and maintaining/troubleshooting marketing tools and integrations.
