Candidates should have proven experience as a Marketing Lead or Senior Content Marketer, a solid background in B2B marketing, ideally in the digital, tech, or creative industries, strong skills in content strategy, copywriting, and team coordination, advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher), an understanding of SEO fundamentals and content distribution channels, experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities, and a proactive, self-driven mindset and ability to work independently. Previous experience in an agency or creative studio environment and a genuine interest in digital design, branding, and creative industries are considered nice to have.
The Marketing Lead will work closely with the existing Clay marketing team to support and evolve our current marketing efforts, participate in developing and reviewing marketing strategy, content plans, and campaigns, collaborate on shaping content direction and managing execution – from prioritizing topics and formats to setting goals for the team, reviewing content, and ensuring high quality across all outputs, take part in the marketing of a new business direction: shape the social media strategy, plan promo campaigns, and set up a blog from scratch, plan and review content distribution across relevant channels and platforms (LinkedIn, Behance, Instagram, etc.), collaborate with the SEO specialist to align content efforts with growth goals, track campaign performance and content impact through clear reporting and analytics, drive PR and external communications: media placements, interviews, awards, and events, and coordinate with internal teams (Design, HR, Sales) to keep messaging aligned.
