Requirements

Candidates should possess over 10 years of demand generation leadership experience, proficiency in marketing automation tools like Marketo and CRM systems such as Salesforce, and experience in SaaS or developer tooling. Prior success leading teams through global market expansion and rapid growth in a startup or emerging growth technology company is preferred. Strong organizational, time management, project management, and prioritization skills are essential, along with a customer-focused, collaborative, and accountable leadership style.

Responsibilities

The VP, Demand Generation will lead the Demand Generation team, collaborating with website, field, event, and content marketing teams to develop and execute a scalable product-led growth strategy. Responsibilities include forecasting and managing the marketing budget, selecting and managing vendors, prioritizing initiatives, and executing full-funnel campaigns and nurture programs. The role involves defining and executing an omni-channel marketing plan, managing the marketing technology stack, segmentation, and KPIs to achieve new customer growth targets. This position requires partnering with sales, product, and FP&A executives to align marketing plans with revenue goals, driving innovation and performance measurement of marketing activities, and regularly reporting on campaign performance to the executive team.
