Requirements

Candidates should have 6+ years of experience in marketing automation, customer lifecycle, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Expertise in the Braze platform, including In-App messages, Content Catalogs, Content Cards, behavioral-driven campaign triggers, dynamic content using Liquid logic, and A/B testing setup is required. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred, along with experience in designing and managing global marketing programs, strategies, or processes, and an analytic mindset for data-driven decision-making. Demonstrated interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and partner across teams are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Automation Manager will build complex end-to-end customer journeys in the Braze platform, leveraging real-time data, ML models, and AI integrations to drive business metrics. This role involves partnering with marketing, CS, Product, and engineering teams to design integrated customer journeys, gain a working knowledge of Procore's data and processes beyond Braze, and scope data integrations with third-party platforms. Responsibilities include owning and managing Procore's Braze platform operationally, aligning with the Lifecycle marketing team to deliver personalized campaigns, collaborating with Analytics teams for campaign tagging and data analysis, and suggesting new technologies or workflows to integrate AI and other platforms. The manager will also help design and manage pilot programs, support regional teams as the global Braze leader, and provide guidance and training.
