The Sr Technical Growth Marketing Manager will act as the Braze subject matter expert, providing guidance on best practices and platform capabilities, including segmentation, QA, planning, and delivery. Responsibilities include using and evaluating AI-powered marketing features to improve efficiency and personalization, owning and optimizing strategic member acquisition programs across email and mail channels, and building automated AI-personalized workflows with dynamic content and A/B tests. The role involves troubleshooting data discrepancies, leveraging AI tools for operations, and collaborating with data, engineering, content, and brand teams to ensure proper event tracking, data flow, and aligned messaging. Additionally, the manager will stay current on emerging AI solutions in marketing tech and proactively introduce new tools or workflows that drive automation and impact.
