Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years specifically in lifecycle marketing, ideally within a fast-growing startup environment. They must have successfully led lifecycle campaigns from conception to launch and optimization, demonstrating the ability to dictate strategy and execute hands-on. Strong experience marketing to users with challenging needs and complex funnels is required, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with teams including growth marketing, product, data science, and creative. Familiarity with the customer.io, Looker, and Salesforce tech stacks is a plus.

Responsibilities

As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, the individual will be responsible for developing and owning a lifecycle marketing roadmap, prioritizing tests, improving messaging, and analyzing results. They will grow a deep knowledge of the target audience and ensure all communications are brand-aligned, compelling, and clear. Furthermore, they will build campaigns efficiently, avoiding breakages, bugs, and tech debt, and collaborate closely with content marketing and product teams to rapidly test new messaging that reduces friction and prompts leads to take the next step in the client journey.
