Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2C lifecycle marketing, including ownership of email, push, in-app messaging, SMS, and direct mail campaigns
  • Extensive experience with CRM and email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo
  • Strong preference for candidates who have worked with Iterable, Braze, or similar platforms
  • Experience with additional platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar
  • Fluent in setting up test/control groups, analyzing cohort behavior, and interpreting campaign performance beyond top-line metrics using Tableau, GA4, or similar tools
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making
  • Strong analytical mindset to test, optimize, and improve performance
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and prioritize performance over pedigree
  • Authenticity and efficiency are core values, and candidates should be able to work with dogs while doing their job
  • Experience with data-driven insights to segment audiences and tailor messaging based on user behavior, lifecycle stage, and partner source
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with design teams, Product, Data, and Engineering teams
  • Ability to troubleshoot discrepancies and align tracking in lifecycle campaigns
  • Experience with data integrity and completeness in lifecycle campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Wagmo's lifecycle marketing strategy to onboard and educate new users, drive product usage and adoption, and convert leads into active customers
  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle marketing programs across email, SMS, direct mail, and other channels to nurture pet parents throughout their journey with Wagmo
  • Partner with the design team to develop compelling creative assets, ensuring messaging and visuals align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines
  • Design and execute A/B tests to continuously optimize for engagement, usage, and conversion
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance using Tableau, GA4, and other tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure data integrity and completeness in lifecycle campaigns by collaborating closely with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot discrepancies and align tracking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute programs that drive customer adoption, engagement, and growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and engineering teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing and data-driven decision making
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve program performance
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of audience segmentation and testing principles
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute the lifecycle marketing strategy
