Requirements

Candidates should have 7+ years of experience in business and GTM recruitment, with extensive expertise in hiring high-volume sales talent. A minimum of 2 years of experience managing recruitment teams in fast-growth environments is required, along with a proven track record of owning full-cycle recruitment for large-scale sales organizations, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech. Experience building recruitment models and capacity plans tied to revenue and headcount targets is necessary, as is strong knowledge of sales hiring metrics, hiring velocity tracking, and recruiter productivity benchmarks. An analytical mindset, mastery of modern recruiting tech stacks (including Greenhouse, GEM, BrightHire, GoodTime, and Apollo), high EQ, and strong stakeholder management skills are essential. Responsibilities

The Manager, Revenue Recruiting will lead and scale revenue hiring, with a strong focus on high-volume sales recruitment, ensuring top-of-funnel rigor and candidate quality. This role involves building trusted, advisory, and strategic relationships with Sales leadership, partnering to understand talent requirements, and providing guidance on organizational design, compensation trends, and market insights. The manager will oversee, develop, mentor, and grow a team of 4+ recruiters, using data to optimize effectiveness and drive best practices. Responsibilities include collaborating with Talent Operations, People Operations, Legal, and Compensation teams to create scalable programs, developing and implementing a data-driven recruiting strategy focused on funnel optimization and recruiter capacity modeling, and implementing best practices using top-tier recruiting tools. The role also entails fostering a high-performance, agile recruitment culture rooted in Apollo.io’s values.
