Candidates should possess at least 10 years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting, with a minimum of 3 years in a people-management role, preferably in-house at product-led tech companies. Proven experience in executing high levels of productivity and developing high-performing recruiting teams is required, along with demonstrated experience driving sourcing and recruitment strategies as well as process and tool optimization. Familiarity with a variety of ATS and other recruiting tools; experience with Greenhouse and Ashby is preferred.
As the Senior Manager, Technical Recruiting, you will lead and manage a team of recruiters focused on hiring for positions up to the Senior Director level, occasionally managing searches yourself, typically for Director+ roles. You will partner with and advise C-level leaders in Product and Engineering on hiring strategies, influence decision-making, processes, and outcomes using data and metrics, develop and implement strategic hiring plans for the team or business group, coach and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment, build strong partnerships with senior leadership and other cross-functional partners, oversee the creation of hiring strategies for roles and profiles, lead complex offer negotiations, develop and maintain talent pipelines, ensure a healthy, representative pipeline across all roles, and contribute to refining and improving recruitment processes, tools, resources, and strategies.
