The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience as a Recruiting Operations Manager in a high-growth tech company, with a proven track record of scaling companies from 1,000+ employees to several thousand, including international expansion. A total of 7+ years of recruiting experience, ideally starting as a recruiter, and 4+ years of people management experience are required. Deep expertise in ATS optimization and implementation (Ashby preferred), strong technical acumen in HR and recruiting systems, analytics, and workflow design, excellent written communication and documentation skills, and experience creating and rolling out training and enablement programs are essential. The candidate must be a self-starter with strong operational rigor and a track record of driving measurable impact.
The Recruiting Operations Manager will lead a team to develop an Operational Center of Excellence within the recruiting team, responsible for all aspects of the recruiting operations function and building fundamental hiring infrastructure. This role involves analyzing and implementing strategies for standardized interviewing, leveraging market intelligence to uplift recruiting efforts, and using data to identify process improvements and training opportunities. Responsibilities include driving effective hiring programs, partnering with People Team and Finance for headcount planning automation, optimizing recruitment processes and workflows, maximizing recruiting enablement, partnering with marketing on employee brand initiatives, leading and developing Recruiting Ops team members, and supporting ad-hoc Talent initiatives. The manager will also focus on scaling recruiting operations efficiently and creating communication channels for senior leadership transparency into the hiring process.
