Requirements

Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, preferably in ecommerce or martech. Required skills include strong analytical abilities to derive actionable insights from data, proficiency in SQL/BigQuery, common data reporting tools, Salesforce administration, and API workflows. A solid understanding of SaaS revenue models, pricing structures, and B2B sales processes is essential, along with a proven track record in improving forecast accuracy, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent communication and project management skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Head of Revenue Operations will be responsible for building and maintaining reporting infrastructure for pipeline tracking and revenue forecasting, delivering timely performance and forecast reports for executive planning, and transforming GTM performance analysis by supporting BI platform migration. They will also shape account and territory segmentation using data to focus on high-value opportunities. Key duties include owning and optimizing the systems infrastructure for forecasting, pipeline management, contract execution, and billing operations, as well as selecting, implementing, and managing systems to enhance productivity and data quality. The role involves implementing scalable workflows for pipeline hygiene, opportunity attribution, contract execution, and subscription management. Additionally, responsibilities include streamlining sales workflows to improve lead management and pipeline accuracy, championing user training and consistent processes, and overseeing legal and pricing approvals for contracts, including new business, renewals, and expansions.
