As the Head of Revenue Operations, you will be the strategic and operational backbone of the GTM team. In this role, you’ll architect and manage the systems, processes, and strategies that power our revenue engine. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders to improve forecasting accuracy, streamline the quote-to-cash workflow, and deliver actionable insights that accelerate growth.

Responsibilities

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and maintain reporting infrastructure to support accurate pipeline tracking and revenue forecasting and BI.
  • Deliver timely performance, attribution, and forecast reporting to support executive planning, priority-setting, and board reporting.
  • Transform how we analyze GTM performance by supporting the migration of key reporting data into our BI platform.
  • Use data to shape account and territory segmentation, helping teams focus on high-value opportunities and maintain balanced coverage.

GTM Systems & Infrastructure

  • Own and optimize the systems infrastructure for forecasting, pipeline management, contract execution, and billing operations.
  • Work cross-functionally to select, implement, and manage systems that enhance team productivity, data quality, and revenue operations at scale.
  • Implement scalable workflows for pipeline hygiene, opportunity attribution, contract execution, and subscription management.

Process Optimization & Sales Enablement

  • Streamline sales workflows to improve lead management and pipeline accuracy, partnering with sales leaders to remove friction and boost deal velocity.
  • Champion user training, adoption, and consistent processes across GTM teams.

Deal Desk & Commercial Operations

  • Oversee legal and pricing approvals, working closely with Sales, CS, Legal, and Finance.
  • Support contract creation and delivery processes for new business, renewals, and expansions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, with 2+ years in a leadership role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, preferably in ecommerce or martech.
  • Strong ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights through both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL/BigQuery, common data reporting tools, Salesforce Admin, and API workflows.
  • Understanding of SaaS revenue models, pricing structures, and B2B sales processes.
  • Proven track record of improving forecast accuracy, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analytical and systems thinker with excellent communication and project management skills.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience supporting Partner Sales or multi-region GTM strategies.
  • Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem and usage-based billing models.
  • Exposure to legal review processes, especially in contract modification or redline review.
