Requirements

Proficiency with ATS systems like Greenhouse, sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and reporting tools like Google Sheets or Excel are also required.

Responsibilities

The Recruiting Manager will lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers focused on sales hiring across all segments. They will partner closely with GTM leadership to forecast needs and build aligned recruiting strategies. Responsibilities include designing and executing scalable recruiting processes, owning sales recruiting funnel metrics, and building passive talent pipelines through sourcing and employer branding. The role involves collaborating on offers, driving diversity hiring initiatives, championing the employer brand, and refining recruiting tools and systems. Additionally, the manager will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and executives, influencing decisions with data and market expertise.
