Requirements

Candidates should have over 6 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or recruiting programs, with at least 3 years of management experience. Proven success in leading scalable coordination processes, improving candidate experience, and facilitating interviewer training programs, ideally with technical hiring teams, is required. Expertise in ATS platforms like Ashby and AI/automation tools, strong systems thinking, high ownership, exceptional organizational skills, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Recruiting Coordination will lead, coach, and support a team of Recruiting Coordinators, overseeing interview scheduling and candidate touchpoints. This role involves managing team development, performance, hiring, and fostering a strong team culture. Key responsibilities include driving improvements in coordination tooling and workflows, identifying automation opportunities, and acting as a strategic partner to recruiting leadership. The manager will also lead interviewer and hiring manager training, analyze candidate experience surveys, and contribute to employer branding efforts.
