Candidates should have 5-8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Sales Operations, or Go-To-Market roles within SaaS or consulting organizations. A proven track record in services forecasting, planning, and services strategy development is required, along with a deep understanding of services GTM motions and commercial structures.
The Professional Services Go-To-Market Lead will design and implement services GTM strategies, create and maintain services SKUs, pricing models, and packaging strategies, and develop discount approval thresholds. They will partner with Finance on forecasting, participate in strategic deal reviews, and train the sales organization on service value propositions. Additionally, they will collaborate with partner services to optimize partner models, design commercial frameworks for partner implementations, and own key service metrics such as attach rates and service margin.
