The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in workflow automation, API integrations, and customer-facing roles. A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into technical solutions are essential. Experience with Tines or similar automation platforms is preferred, along with the ability to work remotely in PST.
The Customer Success Engineer will guide customers in scoping, designing, building, and deploying workflow automation solutions on the Tines platform. They will collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementations, analyze customer processes to develop automation roadmaps, and act as a technical authority to help customers achieve their automation goals. This role involves demonstrating solutions, connecting APIs, providing guidance on testing, optimizing existing workflows, and advocating for professional services capabilities.
