Requirements

Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience as a solutions-oriented project manager, preferably in a fast-growing startup, with experience in digital health. Proven leadership skills, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, and experience executing projects through their full lifecycle are required. Familiarity with early startup environments, client-facing calls with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and proficiency with Smartsheet are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Solution Delivery Manager will ensure client launches are delivered on time and within scope by managing intake, pipeline, tasks, and timelines. They will partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop efficient and replicable workflows, assess and manage risks, and create comprehensive project documentation. This role involves providing project updates, driving accountability, ensuring launch readiness, and conducting post-launch analysis and performance reporting. The manager will also partner with Customer Success to transition clients to steady-state management.
