Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in an HR business partner role. They should demonstrate experience in managing performance, coaching, and assessing talent, and possess strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and a professional HR certification are preferred.
The HR Manager will collaborate with the Global HR Director to implement global HR strategies at the local/regional level, serving as a trusted advisor to managers and employees by providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. They will drive employee engagement initiatives, support a culture of inclusion, and partner with business leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design. The role involves developing and implementing HR processes, managing reporting and analytics, and assisting with various HR projects as assigned, while also supporting change management processes.
