Requirements

Experience fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and results-driven sales culture and supporting change management initiatives is also required.

Responsibilities

The role involves acting as a key liaison between the business and HR Centers of Excellence in areas such as talent acquisition, compensation, Talent Management, and employee relations. Responsibilities include analyzing sales workforce metrics, championing change initiatives, supporting performance management processes, and designing and implementing engagement initiatives.
