Requirements

Responsibilities
The Senior HR Business Partner will build trusted relationships with business leaders to create and execute organizational and people strategies, primarily partnering with Product, Tech, UX, and Data teams. This role involves evaluating organizational health using data, supporting a global product and technology team through growth and change, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data to provide guidance. Responsibilities include driving performance management, designing and implementing organizational solutions, building efficient people operations processes, collaborating with COE Partners, investigating employee concerns, resolving employee relations issues, providing policy guidance, developing HR-related training, and mitigating risk to ensure compliance with regulations.
