Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience, and must currently hold or be willing to obtain a P&C license as required by the State Department of Insurance. They should demonstrate effective presentation skills through verbal and written communications, exhibit excellent client service and problem-solving skills, and be comfortable working in a team environment. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required, along with the ability to learn other insurance company and firm software programs.

Responsibilities

The Associate Client Manager will serve as a technical resource for clients, advisors, Insurance Company Partners, and prospects, providing prompt, efficient, and high-quality service for designated accounts. They will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance of appropriate client relationships, risk identification and evaluation of client accounts, escalating concerns to senior colleagues, collaborating on service execution to meet standards, overseeing system data entry and processing, conducting client audits, recording minutes from Client Success meetings, tracking technology issues, keeping the Operations team informed of migration and charge status, completing special projects, continually seeking opportunities to improve the firm and processes, bringing issues to leadership, maintaining timeliness and completeness in client interactions, and assisting colleagues as needed.
