Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise architecture, AI/automation, or CRM solution leadership roles
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Agentforce AI, Copilot, and Einstein
  • Experience with GPT/LLM solutions (OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, or Azure OpenAI)
  • Strong knowledge of vector databases including AWS Bedrock Knowledge Bases, Amazon Aurora pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, or MongoDB Atlas Vector Search
  • Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with AI pipelines and enterprise automation tools
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Salesforce certifications (AI Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, CTA)
  • AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Machine Learning Specialty)
  • Experience with AWS SageMaker, Step Functions, and Lambda for orchestration

  • Industry experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or SaaS

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the enterprise AI strategy for Sales and Service with Agentforce AI as a core enabler
  • Identify and prioritize use cases such as AI-powered account summaries, case deflection, pipeline forecasting, and knowledge mining
  • Build ROI models and present AI adoption strategies to leadership
  • Architect solutions that combine Salesforce (Agentforce AI, Copilot, Einstein) with GPT-based LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure OpenAI)
  • Design and deploy RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using AWS vector database services (Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Bases, Amazon Aurora pgvector, OpenSearch vector search)
  • Integrate Salesforce with ERP, CTMS, HRIS, and call center platforms for end-to-end automation
  • Develop multi-agent automation workflows that log activities, generate account insights, and orchestrate Sales & Service operations
  • Leverage MuleSoft, UiPath, or AWS Step Functions for cross-platform orchestration
  • Establish standards for prompt libraries, embeddings, and reusable automation components
  • Ensure all AI workflows (Salesforce + GPT + AWS) meet RBAC, ITGC, HIPAA/GDPR requirements
  • Define guardrails, observability, and fallback strategies for AI agents
  • Partner with InfoSec, Legal, and Compliance teams to enforce responsible AI
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Sales Ops, Service Ops, and IT executives
  • Mentor teams of Salesforce admins, AI engineers, and data architects
  • Manage vendor partnerships with Salesforce, AWS, and AI/automation providers
