The Manager, Business Development will lead and coach a team of Business Development Reps, overseeing daily prospecting activities, playing a key role in hiring and onboarding, and actively participating in the ongoing training of the team. They will establish and reinforce a best-in-class outbound prospecting playbook, analyze performance metrics, collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and the Revenue Operations team, and own the hiring, ramping, and ongoing development of top talent to build a high-performing team, fostering a culture of urgency, accountability, and growth.
