Candidates should have 2-3 years of SaaS sales management experience, with a strong track record leading teams responsible for net-new business generation, and a minimum of 2 years as a quota-carrying Account Executive in a SaaS environment. They should possess proven ability to drive pipeline growth, consistently meet or exceed quota, and deliver strong team results, along with experience designing prospecting strategies and coaching reps to excel in execution. Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, are preferred.
As a Manager, Sales 1 at BambooHR, the individual will lead and inspire a team of Account Executives, drive team performance through coaching and setting expectations, mentor reps on sales skills, own pipeline generation, guide sales execution, and drive revenue growth.
