The Enterprise Client Success Manager will deliver on-site and remote training for the company's full product suite, design and build custom instances of products to match client needs, become an embedded consultant and advisor to clients to understand and address their needs, proactively focus on users to reduce risk and drive product adoption, analyze clients’ current usage and suggest best practices, identify and qualify sales leads, build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts, create and update training resources, and leverage knowledge of clients’ use of products to protect and grow revenue.
