Candidates should have 6+ years of experience designing and shipping complex web-based products, with a strong preference for experience on growth, activation, or retention-focused teams. Expertise in translating user problems, business objectives, and technical constraints into excellent product experiences is essential. Proficiency in Figma for creating and maintaining components across multiple product surfaces is required, along with a passion for typography, copywriting, and microcopy. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple projects simultaneously, and continuously learns industry standards and design tools.
The Senior Product Designer will partner with PMs, Engineers, and Analysts to identify churn drivers and friction points through user research and behavioral data. They will design experiments and experiences to improve retention, cross-use case adoption, and depth of usage. Key responsibilities include elevating user journey moments, crafting UX for self-serve activation and intelligent onboarding, embedding habit-forming patterns, and conducting user interviews and hypothesis testing. Collaboration with the broader design organization to maintain a cohesive experience and evolve the design system is also expected.
